AN old church in an idyllic corner of Scotland with beautiful sea loch views has hit the market.
Craignish Parish Church in Ardfern, Argyll and Bute, is up for sale for offers over just £50,000.
The B-listed religious building is nestled near the top of Loch Craignish and has a striking vista over the picturesque area.
The Church of Scotland is selling it along with the surrounding grounds.
The stone-built property is set over two floors, with a gallery level, and also has a small vestry.
There are two staircases that offer access to the gallery.
It is hooked up to electricity and water mains supplies, while drainage runs into the village's public sewer.
But there is no mains gas supply at the church.
The new owner has the option of transforming the building into a home.
But this would be subject to planning consent and it would require extensive alterations.
The building has an energy performance certificate rating of F.
The church is set in peaceful surroundings on the rural Craignish peninsula.
It is around 25 miles south of Oban and around 16 miles northwest of Lochgilphead.
Ardfern Yacht Centre is less than half a mile away along the B8002 and Knapdale Forest is around 15 miles to the south, ideal for walking and wildlife watching.
The closing date for anyone interested in lodging an offer is noon on January 23.
